Maggie's last day

After several meetings with Maggie from the Writing Centre, we came up with a thesis statement:

Third generation technology creates a better relationship between the
PRC government and the Chinese because it enables better communication.

below would be my arguments:

Both sides benefit:
- the government can spread out news and information more effectively
- the government can create an urbanized company
- 3G cell phones can help China step out of the 3rde world status
- Citizens have more ways to communicate conveniently
- Citizens can gather and receive information which helps them be more
knowledgeable.
